Hello Truckee!

Hello Truckee, the members of the Envirolution club would just like to give a shout out to anyone who's making an effort in their lives to help the environment. Weather it's turning off the lights or buying in bulk, every little action helps. However, we need to take big steps in order to create the necessary change. We need to rethink the entire way we live our lives. For instance, while buying "green" products is great, buying and consuming less is what really needs to happen. The Truckee Envirolution Club urges you to take all the steps, big and small, to work towards a greener and more sustainable future!

Today, the Envirolution Club participated in the Town of Truckee and Truckee High's Parade of Excellence. This was a celebration of the arts, sports, and clubs at Truckee High. We are so honored to have participated in this event. Congrats to all the clubs and sports who were honored today!

Our First Post!

Hello world, welcome to the Truckee High School's Envirolution Club blog! We're an environmental club in our third year of avid activity. What our club is most known for is our "Trashion Shows." Our club members create unique, show-stopping outfits out of trash or other materials our society has deemed as "waste." We combine an entertaining show with important and cutting edge messages about our environment.
